About Madi Phillips
Madi Phillips, a 17 year old senior at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, suffered a fall in December of last year that left her paralyzed from the waist down. Adaptive changes need to be made to each of her parent's homes to make them more “handi-capable”. The Madison Phillips Donation Fund was created to allow the community to assist her family with the expense of these necessary changes. Additional needs include a wheelchair accessible vehicle to provide safe transportation for Madi.
A portion of all proceeds from the Derby Day Stakes races will be donated to the Madison Phillips Donation Fund. Please see the Mail-In Entry Form for more information.

Race Information
- Run/Walk, Walking, and Wheelchair Divisions.
- Open courses on the roads in the Coldstream Park area.
- Participants 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Adult registration appreciated but not required in this case.
- Non-registered adults should not cross the 5K/10K/15K finish line.
- Over 400 race T-shirts have been ordered. All sizes are still available on 05/03/12. All entrants will receive a shirt while supplies last.
- All finishers will be eligible for prizes drawn after the race. Prize drawing will be based on race number 'Raffle/Drawing' tear tags.
- Over $1500 worth of prizes!!! We have prizes from Dick's Sporting Goods, Malones/Sals, Orange Leaf, Firehouse Subs, SmashBurger, Alure Salon & Spa, Jets Pizza, Chuys Mexican Restaurant, RoadID, and more!
- Complimentary food, and water will be available after the race for all participants.

Please declare your choice of divisions on the race entry form. Your choice will be written on your race bib and used to compile the final race results. Unmarked entry forms and/or race bibs will be placed in the 'Run/Walk' Division.

Race Sponsorship Information
This event is made possible by the generous donations of our sponsors. Our race sponsorship campaign has already begun and concludes on April 1, 2012.
Sponsorship donations will be used to pay the costs associated with producing this event. These costs include, traffic control and emergency medical coverage on race day, liability insurance, equipment/site rental fees, awards, and race T-shirts.
The four sponsorship levels range from $1000 down to $100.
